What is the best place to buy computer parts online for the lowest price? the place must have a phone number to call to purchase items because i don’t like pay pal!!

I usually get most of my stuff from Newegg.com and it’s all fairly inexpensive depending on what you buy. You also aren’t forced to use paypal when buying , which is a plus
